capabilities span from laser cutting and CNC machining to advanced
enclosure fabrication and engineering support, serving clients across

Manufacturing Capabilities:Laser Cutting: Four high-performance laser systems:
Two
large-format lasers with automatic sheet loaders Cutting capacity over
1" thick material High-capacity nitrogen reserve for continuous
operation thousands of parts cut monthly.
CNC & Manual Machining:Over
40 CNC machine tools in active production 72 manual milling and turning
machines 85 additional machines in reserve at our Berea facility Welding & Fabrication: 8
dedicated welding unitsCustom-built enclosures produced regularly for

company specializes in Toolroom-Class Machine Rebuilds, with our Berea,
Ohio based Bridgeport Rebuild Center recognized as one of the largest
in the country.
Our manufacturing group is manufacturing approximately 80% of all U.S. made Bridgeport replacement parts sold in the U.S., supplying both distributors and OEMs.
Our shop Capabilities include large CNC Production, Live Turning Lathes, Vertical Machining Centers and Thread Mills. We also have two Large Capacity Lasers that can cut large or small parts. We can handle Laser orders by the thousands for large production orders. We also have to CNC Brakes to form your parts after Laser Cutting.
We also can heat treat, Powder Coat up to 16' X 8' in our Oven.
